Crystal began her career planning events, fashion shows, galas, showroom openings, seminars and parties at the Dallas Market Center before leaping into the wedding industry.

Crystal's passion for all things wedding related led her into hospitality and landed her at Rosewood Crescent Hotel and the Crescent Club, as their Social Catering Manager. She executed over 150 weddings in the four-year tenure she was there.

Planning so many events and weddings at Rosewood Crescent Hotel sparked her interest to plan weddings from beginning to end to see the entire process unfold. The entrepreneurial spirit within her and advice from close friends, loved ones and former brides convinced her that it was time to bring her dream job to reality.

She is a lover of food, travel, baseball, fashion, champagne, museums, bowling and movies.

Aleigha always dreamed of being a wedding planner. Shortly after graduation from The University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'Em) she joined the Crystal Frasier Weddings and Events team. During her tenure in college, Aleigha led her sorority’s recruitment for two years which further confirmed her love for all things events related.
 
Aleigha is excited to bring her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for helping others to each client’s special day. She can’t wait to turn clients’ dreams into reality and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Courtney joined Crystal Frasier Weddings in 2016 and hit the ground running. Her love for events comes from her mother who made attention to detail, creativity, and guest experience top priorities at all events she hosted.

A Fort Worth native, Courtney has worked in public relations, corporate event coordination, and has danced professionally on Broadway and as an NFL Cheerleader. She values the relationships with her clients and strives to make their events unforgettable by providing top-notch service with a smile.

Courtney is a University of Oklahoma graduate and received her master’s degree from Texas Christian University.

John, a Southern Methodist University graduate, began his career in hospitality at the Hotel ZaZa, working his way up the ladder from Concierge to Social Sales Catering Manager.

His first exposure to wedding planning and execution was with Crystal Frasier, he was immediately drawn to the high quality service and attention to detailed preparation with her client and vendor team. They’ve collaborated on many wedding celebrations since then.

John takes great pride in understanding the client’s needs and bringing the bride’s vision to life. He is relentlessly focused on presentation and first-class performance at every level of event execution, striving to ensure that the special couple and their families enjoy their happiest day to the fullest.

Shelby joined the Crystal Frasier Weddings team in the Spring 2021. After planning her wedding, her interest was sparked and she fell in love with all things related to weddings! She enjoys being a part of a special couple's day and ensuring all their needs are met.

When she’s not assisting with weddings, Shelby works in the education system. During her down time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, loving on her golden retriever, and shopping.
